The MT machine, designed and made in Italy, features three 10-liter crystal-clear, shockproof polycarbonate bowls for 100% product visibility, enticing customers to buy. It allows users to adjust the thickness of frozen beverages with a temperature control dial, ranging from “Soft-Drink” to “Granita.” Built for continuous operation, the MT can easily switch to stand-by mode when closed and back to freeze mode when reopened.

Dairy-based Beverages:

To ensure a silky-smooth texture and prevent "buttering" (fat separation), we recommend using a mix with a total milkfat content of 4% or less.

• The Science: High-fat dairy (like Table Cream or Heavy Cream) can physically separate under the constant mechanical rotation of the auger. This creates unappealing "butter chunks" and ice crystals while also clogging the unit.

• The Solution: For the thickest, creamiest Iced Cappuccinos, use Whole Milk (3.25%) combined with a high-quality syrup or milk powder. This provides the "body" of a premium drink without the risk of separation.

Q: Can the machine make a slushie from a mix of Coconut Milk and Coffee

A: Yes, it can. As with any slushy, as long as the sugar content is somewhere between 11 and 14% (Brix Level), then all these models are very capable. You can use a Brix Refractometer to measure sugar prior to freezing it.
