Valoriani Rectangular Refractory Pizza Stone to make Pinsa and Flatbreads– Cooking accessory to cook gourmet-like pizzas in any regular oven.
IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
The stone must not be oiled, seasoned, or cured. There is no water inside it, only pressed refractory clays baked at high temperatures, so it can be used straight away.
Notes on use:
- We recommend using it on the top shelf of the oven, near the top heating elements, with the broil function on.
- We recommend preheating the stone in the oven for at least 30-45 minutes before cooking.
- When the plate is still very hot after use, DO NOT use water to clean it. Stains after use are normal for refractory materials, this does not affect its operation. If necessary, brush gently with a non-corrosive brush, at most use a slightly damp cloth when the plate has cooled down.
